The aim of the service is to provide high quality accommodation and support tenants and landlords through the tenancy letting process and act as a representative of the landlord in order to ensure a smooth tenancy transition and set up.

During my employment history I have gained over 18 years of experience in lettings, Housing Management, repairs management and Construction Project Management. This was achieved working for housing associations, local authorities and construction companies throughout Merseyside. My expansive network enables me to open doors for my clients on all sides of the property equation. I make it a point to be involved and stay involved throughout all stages of the lettings and property management  process. My passion in life is helping others and i believe that this can be achieved by helping others to reduce costs and remain sustainable regardless of whether your a tenant, landlords or local business

My experience has been gained working for some of the largest housing associations and service providers in Merseyside including those listed on the right.

My education has been gained from The University of Salford, Liverpool Chambers of Commerce and St Helens Chamber of Commerce.
I have a degree in Housing Management, I am in the final year of a BSc Construction Project Management & i also have completed The Health Safety and Environment test for managers which comes with a black CSCS managers card. I have also complete The Domestic Energy Assessors course.
